Born on 2 December 1981 in Cape Town South Africa Lesley-Ann Brandt is an actor and model well known for her appearances in both TV shows and films. Brandt, who began her career as an actor in New Zealand's Diplomatic Immunity sitcom she began her American debut in the role of Naevia as part of the historical drama Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress has been featured on numerous TV series during the past 10 years. This includes Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians. Brandt portrays the role of Mazikeen on the popular urban fantasy series Lucifer with Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was was raised in Cape Town South Africa and then moved to Auckland New Zealand with her family as a teenager. She began her career as a model, appearing in print advertisements and commercials. She also worked as an IT recruiting consultant and in retail before becoming well-known as a fashion model. The role she played was Leilani an NZer in the comedy Diplomatic Immunity in 2009. The first time she appeared on screen was in 2021 as she played the part of a slave-girl Naevia on the Starz series Spartacus: Blood and Sand. In addition, she reprised her role as Naevia in the mini-series that prequels Spartacus: Gods of the Arena.
